At Metro Learn to Swim we are always looking for mature and professional people to join our team. If you are interested in joining us in this fun and rewarding field the requirements are as follows.
Lifeguard Requirements:
• 16 Years and Older
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR certification
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Must be able to work outside for extended periods
• Must be available Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day
Gate Monitor Requirements:
• 18 Years and Older
• Ability to read, write, and speak english
• Professional Attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work outdoors for an extended period of time
We are hiring for American Redcross Lifeguards, Gate monitors, swim coaches, and swim lessons instructors. If you fell that you would be a valued member of our team, please email us with your certifications and resume. To be a lifeguard, swim instructor or teacher you must hold a current American Redcross lifeguard certificate.
